If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if an item is in non-working condition, please call 800-732-4646 between 9am to 5pm M-F pacific time to arrange for the return of the item with one of our customer service representatives. You must call within 20 days of the date on your invoice in order to return any merchandise. Anything after 20 days without prior approval from one of our representatives will be refused.

No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Products returned damaged or used, with missing or damaged packaging and/or parts will be charged a restocking fee that will vary from 15% up to the full purchase price.

Patterns, Colors and availability of all items on this web site and in the Bingo Novelty World catalog are subject to change. We reserve the right to change the packaging and look of any product as long as it still serves the same purpose of use. All prices are subject to change without notice.
